ROHM Semiconductor Transistor Arrays
ROHM Semiconductor Transistor Arrays feature 7 built-in circuits, with an output break down voltage of 60V and an output current of 500mA per channel. The Transistor Arrays offer a built-in input resistor to limit base current and a built-in output surge absorption clamp diode. The devices provide an operating temperature range of -40C to 85C. The Transistor Arrays are ideal for motor drivers, LED drivers, solenoid drivers, and low side switch applications.
