Torex Semiconductor XBP06V0U25R-G Transient-Voltage-Suppression (TVS) Diode is a low capacitance TVS diode. This TVS diode array is intended for 2-channel applications. This diode supports bi-directional operation and also offer ESD protection. The XBP06V0U25R-G TVS diode comes in 1mm x 0.6mm x 0.55m size with small surface-mount FBP1006-2A type package making this diode ideal for high-density electronic devices. This diode operates at -55°C to 125°C temperature range. The XBP06V0U25R-G TVS diode offers up to 2A peak pulse current. This TVS diode is EU RoHS compliant while being halogen and antimony-free. The XBP06V0U25R-G TVS diode is readily applicable to USB 3.0, HDMI, DVI, and portable equipment.
